SS Lazio Puma 2009/10 Home, Away and Goalkeeper Kits / Maglie

Posted by 5nil on July 11, 2009

On Wednesday evening the Lazio Style store at Parco Leonardo in Roma, Italian Serie A club SS Lazio launched their home, away and goalkeeper kits for the 2009/10 season. After going sponsorless for most of the 2008/09 season, Lazio does not yet have a shirt sponsor for the 2009/10 Serie A campaign.

The Puma kit designs used for the Lazio 09/10 strips are nothing that we’ve not seen before. It’s already been used for a slew of clubs using Puma as their kit provider for the 09/10 season (including Reading FC, Tottenham Hotspur and Hoffenheim.

Check out our 2009/10 Kits and Jerseys section for more new kits.

Pro Evolution Soccer (PES 2009) to be SS Lazio Shirt Sponsor for Inter Game

Posted by 5nil on December 2, 2008

Italian Serie A club, SS Lazio have announced a one game sponsorship with Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 (PES 2009) Italian distributors Digital Bros S.p.A. The Rome team previously had no shirt sponsor for their 2008-09 campaign. Lazio will now become the first club to be sponsored by the football game and will wear a PES 2009-sponsored special shirt during this weekend’s clash with Inter Milan.

It is unknown whether Lazio replica bearing the PES 2009 logo will be made available to the public. Futher information will be available at a Lazio and Digital Bros press conference scheduled to be held on December 5th, 2008.

The club announced the agreement on Monday afternoon on their official website. Here’s the statement in English and Italian.

“Thanks the partnership with Lazio, PES 2009 breaks a new record as it’s the first video game to become the main sponsor of a team for one game in the Serie A Championship, passing from the virtual to the real football pitch.”
